These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the Client and Inkflow Publications.Co. By availing our services, the Client acknowledges acceptance of these terms.
1. Scope of Services

  • Manuscript editing, formatting, and plagiarism checks.
  • Journal recommendation & submission support.
  • Proofreading, reviewer response assistance, and resubmission.
  • Journal indexing verification (Scopus/WoS).

2. Service Commitment

  • Inkflow guarantees the journal suggested is indexed in Scopus/WoS at submission.
  • We ensure compliance with journal guidelines before submission.
  • Revisions and resubmissions will be handled without additional cost until final acceptance.

3. Limitations of Liability

  • Final decision of acceptance rests with the journal’s editorial board. Inkflow cannot override peer review outcomes.
  • Any delays caused by journals, reviewers, or external factors are beyond our control.
  • Inkflow will provide timely updates, but publication timelines may vary per journal.

4. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate author details, ORCID IDs, and affiliations.
  • Cooperate with the Research Manager for the timely submission of revisions and responses.
  • Settle invoices and payments before slot booking.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

  • All invoices must be cleared before submission processing.
  • No refund shall be applicable once the manuscript has been accepted.
  • In case of rejection, Inkflow will revise/resubmit without extra cost.
  • If the client unreasonably demands refunds after agreed services, Inkflow reserves the right to take legal action.

6. Chargebacks

  • If a chargeback is initiated despite services being delivered, Inkflow may:
    • Suspend all ongoing services.
    • Pursue legal recovery of damages.
    • Blacklist the client from future services.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep manuscripts, author details, and communications confidential. Any breach may lead to legal action.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes must first be addressed through written communication.
  • If unresolved, Inkflow reserves the right to seek legal arbitration.

Refund Policy

At Inkflow Publications.Co, we strive to deliver reliable and transparent services. However, due to the nature of academic publishing, refunds are limited.

  • Once a manuscript has been accepted by the target journal, no refund shall be applicable.

     

  • If a manuscript is rejected, we commit to revise and resubmit at no extra cost, in line with reviewer comments.

     

  • Upon mutual agreement, the manuscript may be resubmitted to another journal of the client’s choice (additional APC/journal charges are the client’s responsibility).

     

  • Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control (journal timelines, editorial policies, reviewer delays).

     

  • If a client initiates a chargeback despite successful service delivery, we reserve the right to take legal action for recovery of losses, including damages to the company or its payment partners.
